SPECIAL SBA OFFER FOR CLIENTS SEEKING NEW 7a LOANS

As part of the recently passed stimulus bill, the SBA has introduced some new benefits for those who are looking to open a new SBA 7a loan.*

• The SBA is waiving guaranty fees for loans approved between 2/1/2021 and 9/30/2021.
• The SBA will pay loan payments for new SBA loan closings that occur between 2/1/2021 and 9/30/2021. The SBA will make 6 payments (not to exceed $9,000 per month) for loans that qualify for this stimulus benefit.
